From seasonal menu changes to large bookings, hospitality managers have a lot on their plate. These pre-built playlists will only be available for the holiday season - however, all of the lessons and content included in them are still available year-round. These ready to go playlists can be assigned out before the major rush hits so that training and learning don’t go out the window with hectic schedules. Although these playlists have been designed by our team to save you time, they are completely customizable! If some lessons apply to your team and some don’t, you can add and remove as you see fit. Server/Waitstaff Playlist This playlist has been specifically designed to help your servers brush up on areas related to handling large crowds, as well as upselling specials, starters, drinks, and desserts. Teach your staff to make the most of this busy season by being able to really sell your [holiday menu](https://blog.typsy.com/how-to-create-a-festive-christmas-menu) to its fullest. ### 2. Back of House Playlist This playlist will walk your members through the basics of [food safety](https://blog.typsy.com/allergen-awareness-in-food-service).
