Stephen Kilcullen is the Global Head of Quality for Guinness at Diageo in Dublin, and a qualified Master Brewer - an expert in his field. He has traveled the world ensuring that Guinness is brewed and produced to the highest possible quality, as the beer continues to be sold in over 120 countries.
In this Guinness course Stephen, with the help of a few guest speakers, shares his knowledge, passion and tips about Guinness. The lessons will cover the beer and brand’s fascinating and long history, explain how it is made and acquires its unique character profile, how to pour the perfect Guinness, and how to pair the strong stout with different meals.
