Posted by Emily Marr on May 29, 2019 2:30:00 PM

Beer: it comes in a variety of flavors and is the third-most popular drink on earth after water and tea! When it comes to draft beer - you know it comes from a tap, but do you know how it gets there?

Preview Lev Katsouba's course now:

Serving draft beer is the easy part, you grab your glass and pour. But what about what happens behind the scenes? Have you ever taken time to look over the beer system that your venue uses? In this course, Lev Katsouba, CEO of DC Clean, part of Draft Choice, and Draft Specialist, will help you better understand your draft beer system so you can continue to pour the perfect pint every time.

After being introduced to draft beer at the age of 20, Lev was eager to learn as much as he could about the world's third favorite drink. To increase his knowledge he joined a local craft beer distributor where he learned a variety of skills and was introduced to the ever-growing beer community. Currently, Lev manages more than 300 draft systems across New York City through his company, Draft Choice, as well as conducting training sessions for bar and restaurant staff.

In this course, he will help you understand how a draft beer system works, how to store kegs correctly, why it's important to keep your system clean and more. Ready to get started?
