If there’s one thing our customers have been asking for the most, it would have to be the ability to upload their own content to the platform to share with their staff.
Well, we’re pretty excited to announce our new Custom Content feature, which allows organization managers to do exactly that!
What is custom content?
If you are the organization manager of a Typsy business or academic account, you can request Custom Content. Here’s what you can do:
- Upload your own training videos to Typsy, and make them available to all students in your organization
- Attach files as resources that can be downloaded or emailed for easy access (for example a Word doc or an Excel spreadsheet)
- Include your custom content in a schedule
- Track student completions for your custom content

Get professionally shot training videos for your brand
Not so handy behind the camera? That’s okay, because we now offer Content as a Service. With Content as a Service, we take care of the legwork for you; we get a film production company to shoot your training videos for you at your chosen location. After the shoot, we will edit them and add graphics to professional standards, and upload them to your Typsy account within 14 days of the shoot. All you have to do is present the training on the day.
